At USA in UK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty haul; however, if you change your mind, we accept returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery. Due to hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns on cosmetics or skincare items that have been opened or tested.

Return Process

  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop off your package at any authorized courier location; please keep your tracking receipt for reference.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
